Outbound Call Centre Agent (Night Shift: 11 p.m. - 7 a.m.)

As an English Speaking Call Centre Agent, you’ll ideally possess the following:
  • Ability to speak fluent English on B2B level (you don’t have to be a native speaker), clear and professional telephone manner
  • Telesales, direct sales telemarketing or similar experience speaking English 
  • A high energy approach to sales
  • A desire to succeed as a Call Centre Agent

 

Position Description:
  • Reach and exceed a targeted number of outbound customer calls per day as determined by the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that have been set for the role.
  • Enhance the customer experience in a professional and polite manner at all times
  • Ensure that all compliance procedures are adhered to at all times.
  • Ensure that all contacts (successful or otherwise) are recorded on our back office system.
  • Use the skill sets learned to capitalise on all business opportunities.

Content Writer - Medical Industry

What We are Looking for:
We are chiefly recruiting highly proficient English (written and spoken) Content Writer. The successful candidate will have the ability to use words to create effective product descritions containing keywords for the health care industry that attracts and retains users. Role and Responsibilities:
  • Leveraging resource provided by our management and our business partner, an ideal candidate is expected to regularly write quality product descriptions to attract and establish prospective clients who are mainly consumers in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry.
  • An ideal candidate is expected to be sufficiently communicative to deliver our key message to targeted customers as well as identifying their needs.
  • Ability to write effective product descriptions to increase search engine traffic and sales conversion
  • Analyze and interpret complex medical documentation and creating clear summaries
  • Provide relevant content for websites including key words to attract and retain users
  • Craft pharmaceutical content to support marketing strategy using accurate researching techniques
  • Optimize search engine results for pharmaceutical content to engage target audience
  • Other types of content for eCommerce website including health related articles, blog posts, meta tags, meta descriptions, and advertising copy
  • Other marketing and creative tasks as required
  • An ideal candidate is expected to learn how to use our in-house online CRM software that maintains internal, external communication, file-sharing, project calendar and customer database.

 

Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Applicants should have successfully taken a college degree/diploma in writing, pharmaceuticals, or journalism
  • At least two years of proven experience in content or technical writing
  • Basic to intermediate HTML
  • Must have strong attention to detail
  • Familiarity with online marketing concepts such as SEO
  • Excellent oral and written skills in English is essential.
